Do you do security screens?

Yes, we supply, make and install all types of screens including new flyscreens, diamond grille screens, perforated screens, and stainless steel mesh screens.

Do you fix rollers?

Yes, we can replace rollers in sliding doors as well as windows. We can also replace other hardware such as locks, key cylinders, door closers, even the track that the door or window slides in if required.

What is your lead time on quotes and jobs?

The lead time varies for each individual work scope, as the suppliers have their own delivery schedules. We aim to work as closely with your desired timeframe as we possibly can.

Do you have the required licences/insurance to carry out work?

Yes, absolutely! We are QBCC licenced with a current ABN and are insured up to $20 million. Nathaniel has a double trade qualification in Glass and Glazing, and Carpentry completed between 2015 - 2022.

Do you do bathroom renovations?

We can supply, make and install the shower screen for a bathroom renovation but the tiling, waterproofing and plumbing aspects are outside of our work scope. For an accurate measurement and installation we require the tiling to be completed prior.

Can you do shopfronts?

Yes, we can supply, make and install different shop front types subject to the scale/size. Refer to our socials for our completed shop front jobs.

Can you repair casement windows?

Yes, we can replace the hardware, as well as refurbish the timber frame and glass if needed. Alternatively we can make and install brand new casement windows, subject to supplier availability.

Can you proceed with work scope without quoting?

Although we understand the urgency, we will not proceed with any works until we receive written approval and a deposit to cover materials.
